TO THE ATTENTION OF NAVIGATION PARTICIPANTS IN THE NSR WATER AREA!
In accordance with the requirements of the Rules of Navigation in the water area of the Nothern Sea Route (NSR) the captains of vessels navigating within the NSR water area or approaching it are obliged to submit the following information to the NSR General Administration FSBI:
- When entering the NSR water area;- When crossing the boundaries of the NSR water area;
- While navigating within the NSR water area;
- When entering or exiting seaports of the Russian Federation (locations of cargo operations) located on the coast of the NSR water area.
